A one-way transfer in a 55-seat coach up to 50 km costs 1,100 ₪, and a dedicated day of 10 hours up to 200 km costs 2,300 ₪ — driver, fuel and air conditioning included, before 18% VAT. Each extra kilometre is 6.5 ₪ and each extra hour 160 ₪.

When a 55-seat coach is the right choice
- School trips, company outings and groups of 35 people and up. Past that number you need two minibuses, which cost more and arrive at two different times.
- Long intercity journeys — luggage space for the whole group, air conditioning and reclining seats. Beyond two or three hours that is the difference between a ride that passes comfortably and one people talk about afterwards.
- Weddings and events with a single pick-up point. A dedicated booking of up to 5 hours costs 1,495 ₪ and covers the waiting between arrival and departure.
- When cost per head matters. The same 1,100 ₪ transfer split across 55 passengers is the lowest per-person price of the three vehicle types.
When another vehicle is better
- Addresses with narrow access: moshavim, villages, older venue car parks and one-way streets. A 12-metre coach cannot always reach the door, and sometimes needs a pick-up point within walking distance.
- Groups of up to 19 passengers. A minibus costs less and reaches places a coach cannot enter.
- Short trips for four to six people, to the airport for instance. An 8-seat van is the right vehicle there.

A dedicated day of 10 hours up to 200 km costs 2,300 ₪ before VAT. A shorter event is priced on the half-day tier — up to 5 hours at 1,495 ₪. Beyond the included hours, each additional hour is 160 ₪.
What is included in the price and what is not?
Included: driver, fuel, air conditioning, seat belts, luggage compartment and route planning in advance. Not included: road tolls, paid parking at the destination, site entry fees and driver accommodation on a trip lasting more than a day — these are passed through at cost and written into the quote.
Does it really fit 55 people?
55 passenger seats, not counting the driver. Count chaperones, guides and staff too — they take a seat like everyone else, and a group of 54 students with three teachers no longer fits. Enter the total in the calculator and it checks this before you go further.
Is there a surcharge for night or Shabbat travel?
Yes: 15% for departure or return between 21:00–06:00, and 25% on Shabbat and holidays. Both are calculated automatically from the date and time you enter and appear as separate lines in the quote.
Does the coach stay with us all day?
On a dedicated booking, yes — vehicle and driver stay for the whole window you booked, including waiting between stops. On a one-way transfer the driver drops off and moves on. For a trip with several stops, dedicated is almost always cheaper than several separate transfers.
